| A new tree thrives in Friendship Garden (Evanston Review) |
| It's been almost 35 years since a tree was planted in the International Friendship Garden, a project of the Evanston Rotary Club. However, thanks in part to the efforts of one of the club's members, Dario Kerkez, a new tree took its place this summer in the garden. The garden runs along McCormick Boulevard opposite the Ecology Center, a part of the Ladd Arboretum. |
