| The screen's gone blank. The couches are empty, and the booze has vanished from the now-defunct State Theatre. After a rocky 17-month stint, the theater, located at 1415 O St., is calling it quits, citing financial difficulties. Owner David McNeil said he plans to file for bankruptcy. |
