Body and Balance Women's Fitness Center will host a holiday bazaar from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at its facility at First Avenue and Oakdale Boulevard in Coralville.
The physical-fitness levels of fifth-graders in the Lucia Mar Unified School District took a nose dive this year, while ninth-graders improved by leaps and bounds and seventh-graders made gains.
Bally's Total Fitness is closing its facility in West Seneca. In a letter to members, a Vice President for Bally's explains the gym and fitness center on Weiss Road will close after business hours on Friday December 12th.
