| Chicago Fraternal Order of Police released details Thursday of funeral services for slain police officer Richard Francis. Francis, 60, a Belmont District officer, was killed Wednesday in a struggle with a 44-year-old woman who had caused a disturbance with a CTA bus passenger less than a block from his police station. |
