The only two speakers at a public hearing Thursday night on policies for developing green space around the City County Building urged the Public Building Authority to preserve the Main Avenue lawn around the government building.
Mayor Tom Leppert said Wednesday that he will reconsider a Dallas City Council policy that blocks television, radio and Internet broadcasts of often rowdy end-of-meeting public speakers – a measure he now acknowledges implementing.
