| Funerals for two Richmond-area shooting victims are scheduled for this week. A service for 16-year-old Ricky M. Burton, who was fatally shot Aug. 10 in front of his apartment building in Henrico County, is set for today at 1 p.m. at Chiles Funeral Home, 2100 Fairmount Ave. in Richmond, said Alicia Rasin, a spokeswoman for the family and founder of Citizens Against Crime. |
