A suspected graffiti artist in Carnegie was caught thanks to high-quality surveillance video that showed him spray-painting the exterior of a business.
The man accused of leaving graffiti tags on many sites across Pittsburgh was back in court today. KDKA's Harold Hayes reports that this afternoon the judge accepted suspected graffiti vandal Daniel Montano's plea.
Pittsburgh's self-proclaimed graffiti king pleaded guilty today to more than 80 criminal counts and agreed that the spray-painted damage amounted to nearly $300,000.
